CLASSIC Blue Matcha Latte

Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Servings - 1



  • 1 cup of unsweetened dairy-free milk of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp of Blue Ninja
  • splash of pure vanilla extract
  • maple syrup or honey to your taste
  • optional fancy addition: dried rose petals to sprinkle on top


  1. Boil some water and let cool while you prep your latte milk
  2. Heat your milk on the stovetop being careful not to boil
  3. Add Blue Ninja, maple syrup, and vanilla to your mug
  4. Pour in a small amount of hot water and whisk with a hand whisk or electric whisk until you have a smooth Blue Ninja concentrate
  5. Pour your steamed milk on top and enjoy!

    This recipe can be made hot or iced.

    For an iced version simply fill your glass with ice and use cold milk instead of steamed milk, and cold water to make your blue matcha concentrate.
