The easiest breakfast you will ever make for yourself...and possibly the funkiest!

Our Blue Ninja powder bestows its wonderful bright, vibrant, blue color to this overnight breakfast option, subtly flavoring the mixture. We’ve lightly sweetened it with maple syrup and vanilla and then topped it off with berries to bring it back to conventional, yet still bright blue, breakfast territory.


Blue Ninja Chia Pudding Recipe

Preparation Time - 5 minutes + overnight

  • 4 tbsp whole chia seeds

  • 400ml non dairy milk of choice; we used a mixture of rice and coconut milk

  • 120g (½ cup) dairy free natural or vanilla coconut yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 - 3 tbsp Matcha Ninja Butterfly Pea Powder

  1. Place chia seeds and milk into a large bowl or jug.

  2. Whisk together yogurt, vanilla if using, maple syrup and butterfly pea powder in another large bowl or jug. Once combined and the butterfly pea powder is evenly distributed, add the mixture to the chia seeds and milk.

  3. Mix well to combine. Allow to settle for 5 minutes, stir up once more and then place into the fridge overnight or for at least a few hours.

  4. Serve topped with berries, peanut butter and coconut flakes if desired; all are recommended!
