Ingredients:
4 dates soaked and drained
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
50g organic dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs Matcha Ninja
1/4 cup your choice of nuts or seeds

Pulse dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball

Add oats, nuts & coconut and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be consistently small pieces but not overly processed

Poor the mixture into a mixing bowl

Add melted chocolate, 1 1/2 tbs Matcha Ninja and cinnamon. Mix together with your hands until all ingredients are combined

Roll into 1-inch balls

For an added matcha flavour and extra green colour, roll the balls in the leftover 1/2 tbs of Matcha Ninja

To set, place in the fridge for 3 hours
