MATCHA HUMMUS

Ingredients:

  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1-2 tsp matcha
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tbs tahini
  • 3 tbs water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

1. Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
2. Top with spices, sprouts, anything you want!
