MATCHA MINT LATTE

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 tsp peppermint extract
• 1 inch fresh ginger root peeled & chopped
• 1 inch fresh turmeric root peeled & chopped
• 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla
• 1 tbsp Matcha Ninja
• Natural sweetener to taste - optional

Blend everything in a high speed blender.
Pour into a saucepan and warm up your latte!
Add a mint leaf to garnish!
