This recipe uses a standard base recipe and then offers a variety of additional options that you can use when making smoothie bowls with each tea powder. Simply choose which one you want to start with today —-or make all three and create a mermaid bowl!
INGREDIENTS
SMOOTHIE BASE FOR ONE BOWL

150g frozen banana chunks

100g dairy-free yogurt of choice

60 - 125ml non-dairy milk (add slowly until you hit your desired consistency)
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING EACH NINJA BOWL
For a Blue Ninja Bowl

2 tsp of Blue Ninja

1 tbsp cashew butter +
-
1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
For a Matcha Ninja Bowl

2 tsp Matcha Ninja Powder

A handful of organic spinach
-
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
For a Pu’erh Ninja Bowl

1 tsp Pu’erh
-
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
-
1 tbsp peanut butter
DIRECTIONS

Blend together all the base ingredients PLUS the ingredients for whichever flavored Ninja Bowl you want to create.

Top with fruit of choice, cacao nibs, coconut flakes and/or a dollop of your favourite nut butter! Feel free to get creative with the toppings
