Pu’erh Tea Oats Recipe

Preparation Time - 5 minutes

Cooking Time - 5 - 10 minutes

Servings - 2

Ingredients

  • 400ml oat milk

  • ½ - 1 tsp Pu’erh Ninja

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 80g jumbo porridge oats 

  • 2 tbsp milled flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  1. Mix together Pu’erh Ninja and oat milk in a jug or bowl.

  2. Add oats, cacao powder, flaxseed, and maple syrup. Mix well to combine.

  3. Place mixture into a pot, bring to the boil, and then simmer for 5- 10 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency.

  4. Top with toasted nuts, almond or hazelnut butter, cacao nibs, granola, and some dairy-free coconut or almond yogurt! 

These oats are a pu’erh-fect breakfast for cold winter mornings.
